Dr. Reed is absolutely the Best Surgeon I've ever had. My shoulder surgery was extensive. Thanks to Dr. Reed today I'm pain free.
My experience with Dr Reed was great, he is a regular down to earth guy who is also a darn good surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr Reed, he provided help when I had a sliver embedded in my right thumb which was undiscovered until infection set in. He took the time to explain everything and operated on my thumb, removing a 1/2 inch wood sliver!
I would recommend Dr.Reed to anyone. His compassion, honesty and attitude is remarkable. His staff is wonderful and as caring as he is. I never have to wait for an appt. if something arises with my sister who is his patient.
I am v upery unhappy with Dr reed and cannot have carpal tunnel release surgery because my faith prevents me from drawing blood for the preop.jennefer who schedules surgery for Dr reed is very rude and not very respectful.

If there is one thing my family has been overexposed to in recent years it’s medicine and Doctors. And I would be remiss if I didn’t take a minute to recognize the excellence of Dr. Reed. His personality and demeanor are perfectly suited for what he does and I’m glad that my daughter is in his hands. Western New York needs more like him. Thank you so much.
I was having constant pain in my hand and wrist. Dr Reed has been treating me for 3 months and I now have most of my day pain free. I have had no surgery at this time and it looks like I will not need to go that route.
I can say but positive about Dr Reed. He is a great doc with great communication skills and answers all questions thoroughly. Very comfortable. Having a great outcome with my shoulder replacement definitely recommend him to anyone considering this surgery. R
Dr. Reed was initially our second opinion physician but became our go to doctor for a shoulder replacement. He was sincere, easy to relate to and explained every aspect of the surgery. He told me what my recovery and physical therapy would be like and didn't sugar coat how uncomfortable it would be. He also said that it would be totally worth it and it was. A huge thank you to his office and therapy staff. We'll see you all again for the other shoulder all too soon.
