Dr. Harward delivered my first baby in 2022. Overall, I’d say he was a cautious provider who cares about his patients. If you are wanting to have a natural, unmedicated birth, don't go with Dr. Harward. But if you're okay with lots of interventions, he might be a good fit for you. When I was 36+5, he said I should be induced between 37 and 38 weeks because I had too much amniotic fluid, though the risks of something bad happening are very very low. I said I preferred not to be induced, and then he proceeded to tell me all the horrible things that could happen if I wasn't induced, with no bedside manner at all. Dr Harward is very personable and genuinely cares about his patients. I had a high risk pregnancy and he took very good care of me.
I've been going to him for years. I even drove a little out of my way to stay with his team. I'm always comfortable. He delivered my little girl.
