Brought our 11 month old to get her ears pierced. It was a great experience overall. The piercer was knowledgeable with piercing a little one. We got titanium piercings for her ears. They were quick and her ears look great. Reasonable price for a little one.
The price was good but the piercing was totally off one is higher then the other, maybe it will get better, maybe it's because one is more swollen then the other I don't know all I know is I don't like how much difference there is in the earrings, she smeared the marker on the ear too before doing the piercing I should have known that would happen, it also hurt a lot more then the one that was placed correctly. The process of getting the piercing done went well; she was very kind and sweet, guiding me through what was happening. However, the service in the lobby was not so great. I understand that maybe the person at the desk was having a bad day, but I was ignored a couple of times when I asked questions.
