Disappointed in the ground chuck, way too much white fat or bone chips in it, should be way leaner!!
Excellent meat! I cooked a couple burgers, hotdogs, and brats last night. Amazing flavor. Im cooking the pork stesks and pork patties tonight. I cant wait!!!

We have our beef processed there. They have been processing our beef for 21+ years! Love their work and service! My grown kids all use them now too even my son who lives in O'fallon, MO.
