Look closely into their past behavior before even thinking of purchasing in this mobile home park
Been through 5 managers in 3 years. Never pick up the phone or return calls. Home office in Anaheim is worse. Their default response to any problem is, “It’s not our responsibility”. Barking dogs everywhere, post lights are out, zero security. Harassing notices about our foliage. Penalties and fees for bushy trees or weeds too tall. But, can stuff the rent invoice on the 1st into our mailbox. Always on time for that. Paying these fools $1,250. a month HOA is extortion. Can’t wait for a Small Claims Court hearing.
I was paying $1100 a month for space rent in one of their parks and these bandits raised it to $1450 a month for the new people when I listed my house for sale....made it very difficult to find buyers at that price. I don't care if it's legal...that's just greed. Karma is not going to be nice to them.
Slumloards, they dont take care of any of there mobil home parks they own.
