Great choice for physical therapy. I had been to a different PT and switched to KORT Bryan Station. So glad I did. Mark Neal is great. He helped me so much. All the staff are friendly and professional. Thank you guys for all the help.
They have really done a great job with me so far. The staff are great. Very professional and caring. They listen to what’s going on with you. Having a surgery is not only a painful thing it is mentally stressful. The staff take the time to listen and care.
Therapist | I was seen by Mark Niel (Neal?), who was an excellent therapist. Mark helped me to achieve improved mobility and reduced pain, in addition to providing a thorough contextual understanding of my physical limitations. Great experience overall. Billing | Abhorent billing practices - period. Zero willingness to negotiate. There is little transparency or fairness to their billing.
