Absolutely the worst management company I have ever dealt with after 4 years of dealing with the various companies in madison wi. The management is extremely rude and unprepared to run a business. When we moved in they had furniture all over the place, a ton of repairs that hadn't been taken care of, and it took a few days for them to even move the furniture, which they just moved to the unit below me- my good friends- who moved in and also didn't want the furniture as they expressed when they signed the lease. I've never had any major problems with Korotev, repairs can be a little slow but they actually do happen. When we moved in they replaced our refrigerator right away. There's also a day grace period with paying rent which is really nice. Not the best landlord in the world by any means but also better than any landlord I've had in Madison thus far.
