terrible experience , I've just spend huge amount of money and still don't know anything about my health , my results are out of range but they said it's OK .....
If you love yourself (and your baby!) please stay away from this doctor! First time I went to see her, she asked me how am I feeling, she gave me prenatal vitamins and told me where I'm going to give birth, at what hospital.Telling me what to eat, what not to eat, what medications I can take just in case, what tests I am going to have, pelvic exam....well, she didn't do or say anything about that!!! She spent 3 minutes with me and left! Same thing at my 2nd appointment, 5 minutes and that was it
Dr Krol is the most profesional doctor I ever had.
Dr. Krol is a terrible doctor. If you want someone who is not willing to listen to you, treats you like a number and makes you feel like you are nothing more than a waste of her time-then by all means! Her staff is not professional consistently talking about their personal lives around patients in the waiting room. Her wait time is terrible. Expect to wait over an hour after your scheduled wait time. She has no bedside manner and absolutely 0 professionalism. "Find another doctor," she says.
Dr.Krol very professional and knowledgeable. She unswers each my questions and explains all tests.I like her as my GYN and STRONGLY recommend to everyone. Her staff Veronica and Ivana very friendly.
Great experience, not sure where some of these bad reviews come from, my family had positive experience, will recommend Dr. K to my friends.
She doesn't care for her patients at all. Lady that did my ultrasound was so mean and asked no questions. The doctor acts like she is God know who. Didn't tell me anything regarding my pregnancy , no advice no questions just treated me like here is another pregnant girl. For the money my insurance is paying u better be smiling every time u see me !
Very bad experience. She did't explain my condition (nurse called me with brief info). Dr. Krol performed (very roughly) unnecessary, painful and expensive procedure. She didn't ask nor explain what she is doing and why. I was not informed what is wrong with my results.I had to call 4 times. Made me feel very worried for a long time. I am not coming back!
