horrible, the doctor is one of the affirmative action that was in Poland during communist time, the doctor thinks that she is a king and the patients are idiots
It was very satisfied and dr seemed very knowledgeable. Doctor spent enough time with me explaining all needed. Appointment was on time and all organized well. Her employees ( like girls that did blood work ) as well were polite and gentle. Ivana also at front desk was very nice. I am happy that I found this doctor.
Dr. Krol is extremely rude, and was uninterested in helping me at all. She couldn't even be bothered to read my chart and instead of asking me questions and trying to understand my issues, she ridiculed me for taking anti-depressants and strongly suggested my weight was the issue and that I should just start by losing weight even though I came to see her for hormonal issues. I had a truly awful experience with this doctor.
I have seen Dr. Krol for years. She's whatever...But today, I visited at the height of COVID. Her longtime receptionist, who always struck me as odd, wore her mask below her nose. At first I thought it fell, but for 20 minutes, she made no effort to cover her nose nor find a better fitting mask. I realized it was strategic - as if she didn't want to cover her nose ring. Dr. Krol or Dr. Cruel was unprofessional and rude. I was referred for a Pap smear and she asked about me about my fertility history. In front of a medical student, Dr. Krol said, “I don’t have a magic pill to get you pregnant.” “You are not the only woman with fertility problems.” I was completely humiliated and was vulnerable and crying to defend myself. Visit was great. Clean and friendly environment. Staff is friendly.
Awesome Doctor!
First time visit took almost 2 hours, 90 minutes just to wait for a doctor! 4 patients were scheduled at the same time at opening & doctor came to work late. Follow up visit was scheduled 3 hours before the office closing hours. However, doctor was already gone! Staff who was locking the office said the appointment was scheduled 30 minutes earlier, doctor waited & left. If they believed so, why nobody called?
The doctor was very nice and took her time answering all my questions. The women at the office were very kind and took me in right away. I will definitely come back.
