I recently moved into the Pepper Building and couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The move-in process was incredibly smooth, thanks in large part to the fantastic management team, especially Ashley, who was very responsive to all of my questions both before and after move-in. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help when my movers were delayed and I needed to adjust my elevator reservation. I have lived at the Pepper for seven years and have loved it! Great staff, wonderful location and an engaged community. The neighbors are friendly, helpful and there are terrific pet parents too. Real estate is my field and the small attention to details is always important. The Pepper management does the job right.
I’ve lived here for 4 years now and couldn’t recommend it more! The location is great- walkable to everything. The building itself is very quiet. I never hear any of my neighbors. Ive had very limited issues but when I do maintenance is on it by the next day. Leasing office is friendly and very responsive! Very sad to be leaving the pepper building
1.high rents considering the location . You can find apartments much closer to ritten house for these rents 2. Slow elevators , very slow 3. They will purposefully lie about parking situation . You won’t get parking for a year in building and surrounding private garages are full too .I pay 400 for parking and park half a mile away 5. No garbage disposal in kitchen sink , get ready to use your hand if you cook 6. Old minimal equipment in gym . No towels or even wipes in gym .
