An absolutely amazing food, vibe, service, staff and the true standout if of course their wine list. Although, if you ever want to indulge in any red/white burgundy wines properly, unfortunately they do NOT have 1 single burgundy glass for any Chardonnay, pinot noir or their $4k btls of DRC. I love coming here and pulling wines from their list to share with my girlfriend, yet on multiple occasions I have changed my bottle selection due to not having an actual burgundy glass anywhere in the building. Beautiful place , atmosphere, excellent wine and defat selection.
When the manager is away, the employees play!! Don't go to Kork as the Owners are absentee owners and have yet to hire a friendly and competent team. Dale is maybe the exception. Friday night was our seventh time at the restaurant in the 18 months since moving to Georgetown. What a complete "sh**show". Last time we will be visiting this place.
