RecommendedOur car broke down on the road heading home to IL after a long trip. We had it towed to Korf’s service department just as they were closing. We knew they all wanted to go home, but they still took the car in, quickly figured out the problem and got us back on the road. One man stayed later than the rest, giving up time that was reserved to go fishing with his grandkids. That was pure kindness. I don’t know his name but here is a picture of him. Thank you!!!
I want to say a big big THANK YOU!!!! To Korf Motors, i went in on friday with the idea that they were not going to be able to help me out do yo my credit(its fair) but i was wrong Keith Peer and Shedrick Boyd were AMAZING!! The sales people are great and they were very helpful with my purchase. I was not happy with the finance manager. They were very unfriendly.
We had a intermittent ignition coil problem on our 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Korf got us and repaired us in a couple hours. Everything so far has been good. They also let us know about a airbag recall and was ordered the part to repair it! Thank you Korf!
I'll be the first to admit that I am PICKY. I was very specific about a vehicle I wanted, and Tony made it happen for me. I'm talking weeks of searching, several phone calls and texts, and a lot of research on his end. Eventually he found the one, even had it brought in from out of town. When I got there to do my deal, I was in and out in about an hour, feeling great about my purchase. I wouldn't change a single thing, and I know that if I ever need another vehicle in the future, it's coming from Korf.
Bought a brand new vehicle from them, it's still under warranty and it's starting to have issues. I call them to have it fixed and they said it will take two weeks before they can get to it. I asked if they would provide a loaner vehicle, because that is what I was told when I purchased the vehicle. Their response was "IF we have one, if not then you're out of luck" what kind of service is that?! I was visiting from Florida when my "Change Oil Now" light came on in my 2017 Ford Fusion. I had bought the super extended warranty for it. I stopped at a different dealer's service dept. in a different town. That guy was just going to reset the sensor and NOT change the oil!! Thankfully, I found your dealership! I have been treated like a treasured Ford owner here!! I thank you for your kindness and honoring my warranty.
Had some recalls on my 2011 Explorer. Called a guy that I knew worked there, Matt Pierce, to get my car in. The job was an extensive project so Matt got me set up with a rental until they finished. Car runs great. Thanks Matt and Korf Motors.
