I’m cautiously recommending Korf. I brought my car in for service. Jesse and the service department were polite and accommodating. It did take 1.5 hours for oil change, fluid top off and tire rotation. I found waiting in the sales floor uncomfortable. Three salesmen gossiping, vocalizing disgust over how some of our disabled citizens looked, and the showroom was filthy. A filthy showroom does not do justice to a $60,000 Mustang! Tried ordering bolts for my nieces car over 3 weeks ago and was told they don’t know what happened 2 times ..really??? It’s these people that don’t care about the customers that make me buy Japanese made.. their whole motto on business is about the integrity. Keep dumbing America down folks

(For Sterlings Location) Actually I’ve had nothing but let downs with Korf and don’t recommend doing business with them and if you need a certified ford mechanic... take your car out of town. I scheduled an appointment to have a recall (a recall know to cause accidents) fixed on my car and they never ordered my parts when it came time of my appointment. They said they’d call to reschedule once the parts came in... that never happened either. Time before that I took my car in for my appointment... they confused my car with so... read more

I went to this korf looking for a new car sat there all day waiting for my paperwork to get approved or denied after sitting there for 4 hours they told me to go home and they would let me know the next day what the numbers came out to be and never recieved a call after I left. They really must not want to sell cars that bad I also delt with a horrible sales men he wouldnt listen to what I wanted he just kept shoving down my throat what he thought I needed.
