Dr Uppal is an amazing naturopothist. I've had chronically higher cholesterol for many years. High blood pressure required 3 medications. Dr Uppal's use of natural medicines and treatment modallities have dramatically reversed my labs. Her meal guidance helped. I can now easily hike up and down hills, often times more than 5 miles. My blood pressure is remarkable lower and I feel better! I have more energy. I highly recommend Dr Uppal. It is always a worthwhile visit.
This year, I promised myself to improve my health so I can have a better quality of life and live pain free. I started with Dr. Uppal in January 2026 and in very short time, she made me start feeling like normal again after two miserable years of conventional meds.
