I purchased my Kopykake airbrush and compressor around 2010 and didn't need to replace any airbrush parts until 2017! I ordered replacement parts, but they didn't fit, so after calling customer service they had me send it in to the repair department where they promptly fixed and returned it at no charge. Thank you Kopykake! I'm a happy customer�

Poorly manufactured piece of equipment and cheaply made. I ordered projector, got it, opened it and put together. Pulled protective film off the supposed glass mirror inside and found it to be mirror tint on a piece of glass. The film ripped off of the glass when pulling protective film. Called the company and sent me a new projector head expecting everything to be right. Same damn thing, glass with mirror tint and it ripped with protective film.
