Today I am thankful for MANY people and many things in our lives. A big thank you to our amazing vet who goes above and beyond for I’m sure all of his patients. Pepper started feeling ill last week, we took him in and found pancreatitis through blood work. He did some treatments and we had him home this past Monday. Thank you to the staff for the empathy and compassion at the end of our Ashley cat’s 21 year life (last year) and most recently our Beagle Belle’s passing. The staff made a difficult time more manageable for our family. We have appreciated the 22+ years of service the clinic has given us. If counting my childhood pet, thanks start with Dr. Koprowski for 40 years of service.
Both my cats and dog see Dr. Collins. I appreciate his willingness to discuss their care or treatment at length and answer questions in detail. One cat spent several days there with a serious condition and I got plenty of updates. The cost was reasonable and my cat came home in great shape. The techs treat my animals with kindness and patience. They also do a super job of trimming my dog's toenails.
Today my husband rushed our dog to the office (shes been going there since she was born) because she couldnt stand or walk without falling and was foaming at the mouth. The front desk lady had little regard for our pup and dismissed him saying they didnt have any appoitments for today. She even had the gull to condescendingly tell him to "have a nice day" as he carried our 120lb pyranees out the door. We’ve been taking our pets here for 10 years. The staff is wonderful and compassionate. They truly care about your pets. They also have great prices.
I like the way they treat both the animals and owners. Our pets are like family and they realize that. I have had several dogs treated here. In fact I took my new dog ,Cash for his first checkup and shots. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
