We bought a plow truck, low miles. The salesman said that we were paying for the low miles. The speedometer doesn't work! Thats why there's low miles. And the paperwork!! He wrote down the mileage as 'Exempt ' . and just page of paperwork. But he put in about 10 sheets of paper. It's been a month now and we've still haven't received the title or license plate..SCAM.. DON'T BUY FROM KOPPY IN HINCKLEY!!!
