I try always to acknowledge when someone does the right thing and as a post script to my comments I must say that the owner of the Kopper Kettle did call me today and address all of my issues. We had a very nice conversation and based on the fact that he took my concers to heart I will give them another shot. Very disappointed, quality is not nearly what it used to be.
