We always receive the best service when we visit. Absolutely delightful! The food is delicious---and you get plenty! We end the meal by looking at all the antiques and walking through the garden which is beautiful season to season. Love, love, love Kopper Kettle!
Has always been a positive experience with my family of 18...dined there Tuesday, Dec. 27th in the summer house and VP elect, Pence was dining there, also..super food, super server...we had a wonderful time...thanks
We've been coming here for Christmas Eve for at least 10 years. It's lovely. But beware- the past two years have been ridiculous. This Christmas Eve, we were sat 50 minutes after our reservation, and we watched them sit a party of the same size with a later reservation because they had "requested a specific table." Just got seated for our 6:15pm reservation (50 minutes late). We understand things run behind sometimes, but a 6:30pm reservation for the exact amount of people as us were seated almost 30 minutes ago - when we asked why we were passed over, the "manager on duty" told us it was because they had requested a specific table. Which doesn't even come close to answering why a later reservation is sat before an earlier one still waiting. Beautiful place, great food, and very pleasant waitresses! The chicken and vegetables are great, (well seasoned) but their steaks are fabulous!
Our server, Alexis, was TERRIFIC! The food tasted great, just not hot enough. The atmosphere was wonderful. Had a great time as we celebrated two family birthdays. We'll come back for sure.
