From start to finish I received 5 star treatment from Alan and the Kopke team! Julie and Ron held my hand the whole way from signing to picking my products to putting the final fixtures on. The bathroom remodel turned out great, but the follow up afterward has been terrible. We found out chipped tile in our bathroom, Notified Kopke before Christmas. Several contacts later and still no one showed up to look at it.
Came by to check out the wainscoting. Beautifully done Alan. Feels warm and welcoming-Like coming home.
Kopke has remodeled my kitchen, which is absolutely beautiful and just recently had a new roof installed. I love the work they do and how all the workers are so nice and but very professional about their work. They show up on time and always clean up their mess at the end of the day. I will be having Kopke remodel our bathroom in the near future. I would definitely recommend Kopke to do any remodeling job as you won't be disappointed. Marcella
