I am victim of Lon Kopit’s falsified CFI reports take to Time to research this man, he is not a good person, and he will only victimize you, and put your child in harms way
I discourage anyone from using him as a qualified evaluator for custody or relocation matters. He's totally inept. His reports are an enormous waste of time and money. He is racking in the money the way he operates - charges for everything and delivers a pathetic report. Every session, was dragged on with breaks and phone calls. Unprofessional on steroids! This individual gets his money exploiting conflict between parents and does not care about the child. Think about your children before you decide hiring him.
If you don't believe the negative reviews about his guy, wait until you meet him in person.
Has been the therapist for a family member for many years and I cannot tell you how much he truly cares about the children. Many therapist seem to be easily swayed by one parent or another, but he has his focus on the children and what they are going thru. He really does not care what you have to say and will show that with cutting you off mid statement of yours. Very rude and interruptive to client. Very demanding that you accommodate his schedule behind closed doors office visit and even in the middle of COVID-19 stay at home orders. This even having a client in his office who was sick with the virus within days of their visit. Dr Kopit, has his usual visitation and findings, refuses to check outside sources, or even research medical needs of the chidlren! He begins with Gender bias toward mother, and never sways from his prejudgement, waste of a lot of money for a canned report
This man has absolutely NO BUSINESS having any type of medical or mental health license. I'm going to do everything in my power to put a STOP him DESTROYING FAMILIES and the lives of puer innocent young CHILDREN. He is a verifiable LIAR! This man deserves to be LOCKED UP FOR LIFE! TAKE HEED.
Great professional, trustworthy and helpful. Dr. Kopit cares about his patients and always make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend him.
