I just wanted to share with everyone how happy and how much better I feel since I came here . I haven’t felt more understood and listened to than here . They made me feel welcomed and I didn’t feel like I was crazy by stating the amount of different symptoms I had . Little by little they are improving. Working with the root cause of the symptoms rather than just a bandage has improved everything. Thank you everyone at the Optim8 office for always listening and helping.

I’ve been in to see Heather and Laura several times this year for some health concerns and every visit has been amazing. Laura is very receptive of how you’re feeling and any concerns. It’s clear she is very knowledgeable and believes in what she does. Heather is very quick to address any concerns and cares about following up with you. I came to locate Dr Laura Kopec, previously Kopec Functional Wellness to obtain some older bloodwork from 2023. I’ll assume my review was removed when she started this new business name?! I would not recommend working with Dr Kopec in general as I found her to be aloof, ambivalent, and always found her to seemed bothered by my presents as a patient. I'm leaving two stars because Laura was very helpful in the beginning and my son did improve! My 10 yo son got incredibly ill in Nov. 2024 and we couldn't figure out what it was. Our pediatrician in Ft. Worth recommended Laura. We were willing to drive to Plano for excellent care, which we received at first. He was quickly diagnosed and treated for histamine intolerance.
