I'd like to give them negative stars. This a prime example of very poor management. I would not let Koontz Mc Combs pave my driveway. I had a recent interaction with a construction superintendent who not only immediately resorted to fowl language and 4 letter words, but went on to inform me that because of theft the workers have to decide at night wether they are going to buy beans for dinner or a hammer for work the next day.
