Just called them for an item that lists as in-stock on-line and was met with a very disinterested person on the phone. Very little effort put into helping with finding an item. This seems to be the norm for customer service established since the 'New Norm.' I was willing to drive the 2 hours to the store to purchase the items if they would have been of more help.
Great location and always saving the day when I'm working in the area. Fully stocked, I could spend a few hours just looking around and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, thanks again

They have household items even Home Depot doesn't have, and there's always plenty of knowledgeable people to help you right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else, Kuntz is the best.
