The receptionist here is terrible, and doesn't know how to speak to people. Rude, short, and one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had calling anyone. She seemed exasperated and inconvenienced after I mentioned what I was calling about, gave an extremely sarcastic "ookkaaay, so what do you need help with."
