Fredy kept me updated on the status of the Palisade I wanted throughout the weekend while I was out of town and then helped me get it home. Excellent servive that went above and beyond. It was a couple hours out of my way but the price was comparable to the same model with twice as many miles on other sites. Finance team worked with me on the terms to get the coverage and payment I wanted. Would shop here again.

They lied to me and left me stranded an hour from home. Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge let me drive off the lot 30 days ago with a car that wasn’t even funded and never said a word. Then they tricked me into coming back, pretending it was just to get new tags, only to take the car and refuse to let me leave with it. They didn’t offer any help or even pay for my Uber home. These people are dishonest and do not care about their customers.
Koons always offers top tier servicing, I have been taking my car there for servicing more than a year and I have no complaints. David my rep was amazing this last visit as well, true professional, he makes sure your vehicular needs are met…
