The sale went fairly well. It was after when I found out that they had misrepresented information about the loan that things changed. No one would answer an email or a phone call!! Finally I went to the dealer and spoke with Keith Fralin the sales manager. After a lot of talking he promised to give me all-weather floor mats as compensation for my problem .
