So, buying a used car for me is just finding the right car at the right price. Koons had that car for my last two purchases. Once at Koons Arlington and most recently at Koons Tysons. Working with the customer level people is sometimes difficult at any type of business but, anytime I've had a problem, I reach out to management and they are responsive, almost within the hour, even on a sunday.
