Poor customer service. When I bought the vehicle it failed inspection after they said it pass in Virginia then they told me if I didn’t like it to bring it back. This place sucks and I’ll never be back.

My husband took his truck here last Monday to be inspected and to have the rear passenger door latch fixed. We were anticipating picking it up later that evening, but nope.... They kept it and didn't even call to make sure that was okay. He got a text. Thankfully we were off work and could be without a second vehicle. Salesman did not seem interested in our business. We were sold on the car and prepared to make the three hour drive to get it the next day. When talking on the phone with him, he made it sound like they are so busy that we really didn’t need to worry about coming up there and should look elsewhere, even though the car had been on their lot for two months. After talking to him, we purchased from somewhere else that same day and will not look for any vehicles at this dealership in the future.
