Honestly, I wouldn't even give them a 1 star for Koons Tyson, but I have no choice. They are the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. We bought a 2023 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel and had problems from the 3rd week of owning it to the present. After 3 weeks, the check engine light came on with a "Low Oil Pressure" message. Called and spoke with Philipe at Koons and he told me to take it to a neighboring dealership. It sat there for 2 weeks and finally the was repaired. Charles Dougherty I ordered a 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat through Craig Benner at Koons Dodge. In the 60 years that I have been buying cars this is the best experience I have had. Craig was extremely helpful, timely with updates, efficient, and one of the nicest and knowledgeable people I have worked with. I highly recommend him if you are seeking to buy a new car.

I purchased a new Trackhawk in September of 2020. From day 1, Koons used an incorrect mailing address causing months and months of delays in paperwork, numerous temp plates and ultimately the title. Mary Pollack (the comptroller) promised to make it right but ultimately turned out to be a HUGE lying sack of dog feces. Caveat emptor!

On 6/22/2020 I had intentions on purchasing a brand new 2019 Dodge Charger with no miles at Koons Auto Sale at Tysons Corner Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Marc Tranen who was the sales associate. We test drove the vehicle and during this time he asked me if I'd be using my bank or would I need financing.
