I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango wholesale on 07/09/2023, VIN:1C4SDJDT2DC535858. I've reached out to this dealership multiple times per our last conversation on 10/15/2024, Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram informed me that they took in a trade and fraudulently sold it to me without authorization from the owners on the title. This Company needs to be investigated.
I just bought a keep wrangler couple days ago. It's shaking when i drive it and the brake light randomly pops up as well. I called the manager and he told me to pay for maintenance myself with no assistance from the dealership and also show cased abhorrent rude behavior not fitting of a representative of the dealership. DO NOT recommend this dealership.

Took my RAM 1500 3.0 Ecodiesel to the dealership on Sunday 11/19 because it began stalling out likely due to the high pressure fuel pump, which has been under recall since June of 2022 with no parts available for repair. This dealership is full of liars. I applied for a lease on a vehicle after they confirmed that vehicle is available for lease. After they pulled 9 hard credit pulls (credit 800+) they said I can’t lease. To which I can assure you they lied. I have no debt and very sufficient funds. They simply lied because they did not want to work with me to do a lease. Which they said they could do. They are clearly of very poor integrity and customer service. Advertise top money for trade in. Not True. Car was not as clean as it should have been. I paid cash and had to go through the credit BS. It just seemed like they did not trust me. I had a much better experience at Farish and Lindsay. I
