Good Selection of Vehicles and Friendly Staff
Called for service and an AI does the scheduling. Requested to speak to a live agent and was transferred to a person who could only schedule. Had to ask to speak to a service advisor. Once transferred, I explained the problem I was having with my car and asked what the (approx.) costs for the part and labor would be. Service advisor stated he could not provide that information.
