Worst customer service! Would not recommend sales Brice Hardesty! Sales manager! Selling a vehicle and cannot provide two keys! Koons has changed big time! Not for the good!
This was my 3rd purchase at Koons Toyota, Westminster and this one "wowed" me on all points. Joanne Virgilio was amazing! She found me the car I wanted and made the buying process easy. Both Joanne and her assistant Dennis went above and beyond explaining the new technology so this senior citizen could drive the new car with confidence. Such kindness and patience is rare and greatly appreciated.
Mary Ann was wonderful. Made the buying process easy and straight forward. The 2025 4Runner SR5 is a great upgrade.

After talking /emailing several dealerships within 100 miles. They gave me the best price on the New 2025 Camry LE hybrid I wanted. Never had a hybrid and Kyle answered all my questions. AND Kyle/Koons Toyota arranged for a driver to drive my old car home when I picked up the new one (93 miles one way)!
