I’ll start with this: $600 for a replacement key for a car, including $329 in labor fees. Not a fob, just a cut key. The service department rep (Jacob) was shady with his explanation of the price, stating that it was all inclusive, and then charging the full amount after the key was cut. When he was confronted about this he lied to my wife and said that it was fully explained. So we paid it and took the hit because our hands were tied. We had great experience with the purchasing of our new Toyota Corolla car. Koon's Toyota's showroom at Westminster was beautiful and inviting. Our sale person Joanne was very professional and knowledgeable. Her assistant Dennis and the finance person Alvie were quite helpful too. They all made the buying decision easy and the transaction was rather smooth with the competitive Toyota finance rate. The entire buying process was less than 3 hours and we are very happy with our new car.
