I would not recommend service at this dealership. Their pricing is misleading and they love to tack on B.S. charges. When you book a service appointment, you input your make and model and then they give you a list of services and what appears to be a price for each service. However, that is not the price because they will tell you that it says prices may vary depending on the make and model of the car. Today is the second time we bought a vehicle from Koons Mazda. Elijah, and Sam were great. But omg Sid, he truly made this experience awesome! Sid answered all my questions and always got back to be. He is so professional and so polite. You have to ask for Sid!!! If he says he’s going to do something, he does it!! He is The Best!!!!
