Was visiting from Florida and needed some service work done on my 201, Kia K5.. Had Samantha for my service rep, very knowledge and helpful. Wish I could get that sort of service from my dealership back home.
I want to thank Koons Kia Owings Mills and especially service writer Samanth Heisig, who until 3 weeks ago didn"t know me from Adam. She and service dept have been helping me with a serious service and financial issue with a Kia dealership in Cumberland Tenn. They are not willing to accept responsibility for a service repair issue they created. And could cost well over $8000. Because of their help and assistance I hope not to have to pay. When I got in the service person continually tired to upsell me on services that were not needed. I forgave it as part of her job, but started to get an uneasy feeling. They then serviced the car and failed to fix it. They then offered to do diagnostics services that were not offered to begin with to identify the problem all for additional charges.
