We had 2 great experiences with Koons Baltimore! We bought our original truck there over a decade ago and came back for a new truck. Frank was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy and seamless as a busy family with no time for car shopping. We did everything via email/text/phone so when we went to pick the truck up, we were in and out in 15 minutes. Frank was great at answering questions and making sure everything was as we wanted. We will definitely be back for our future Ford purchases!
