He just asked me what my needs were and we went from there. Got to test drive it in less than 10 minutes. Overall a great guy, and would highly recommend talking to him if you’re interested in a new car.

I had some questions regarding trading in my car and what would be in my budget. I had a red headed man, i believe his name was Dylan. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get in the right direction for when im ready to purchase. I went to some of the local dealers before this one and didn't get a very friendly response when it came to me asking questions sense i wasn't ready to buy that day. When im ready to get a new car, im definitely coming back and asking for him!
I couldn't be more happy with the service, my wife and I received. Dylan made it such a non stressful process that not only did I end up getting a car, but my wife got a vehicle as well, I will %100 be coming back to koons and to Dylan for any future vehicles and I highly recommend them to friends and family.
