They keep increasing rent and there was a hole in my moms roof they suck don’t live there in Visalia,ca by Popeyes
Have been a tenant at the timberline apartments for about 4 years this is by far the worst management I’ve ever seen
Avoid this family and their poor business practices. I have called and called about issues in our apartment and get no calls back.
We've lived here 7 years with out any problems other than lack of parking. Recently a new manager and her assistant began working here. We've requested many times about a mouse problem in our crawl space and they act like they don't care . And still haven't taken care of the issue. We also payed for rent and they dont cash the check right away which causes another issue and they dont notify us until 10 days later with added on fees. They also moved in a lot of their families who happen to be smokers on a smoke free property ... read more
