It may not the best restaurant in the states but I'm definitely not like the rest. #KoonThai
Although I live in Los Angeles, and go to San Diego often and have tried numerous Thai restaurants, this is one of my favorites....excellent service, always...love the decor...scrumptious food...I love spicy, but their spicy is really hot, so best to order 2 or 3 spicy on a scale of 1-5...their lunch specials are a real bargain and nutritionally varied...but the tastes, out of this world!!!
didn't even get to try the food... service was EXTREMELY poor. didn't take long to get seated but then that was about it... there were four of us altogether, and we sat there for nearly 15 mins, no waiter/server came by to even give us water and we watched 2 other parties who came in after us get their orders put in. we walked out & went to Thai House Cuisine on the same street... got seated fairly quickly and was even served water less than 2 mins after we were seated (just saying!).
