Service, and Dr. Awaya make up for the shady phone number service lol. As someone who didn’t know you had to keep calling until the call goes through, I panicked a bit since I was running late to my appointment but they were understanding and even told me to “get there safely.” I also normally go to the Kailua office but had to go to the Honolulu one due to availability for my Dr. and I really liked it there.
Awesome staff. Like family over there. Very professional and knowledgeable as well. Returned here for my second baby. No regrets
