Highly recommend Koolau Roof Tech. Exceptional work and professionalism. Kirt explained the process of rejuvenation and answered all my questions in detail. He fixed all the problematic areas and went beyond (sprayed rusting parts, tacked down floating flashing, applied sealants on exposed nails and solar parts, cleaned gutters). Sent before and after pictures including a detailed measurement report/diagram of roof. Thank you Kirt, Mel, Kaden and Cameron!
