I scheduled an appointment with Kirt to assess the roof of a two-story, single-family home I had just moved into for its rejuvenation potential. He was punctual, kind, and thorough in his inspection, and took photo documentation of all the deficiencies he was able to identify after taking his time to carefully examine the breadth of the roof.
