The employees do not have any concept about dental appointments. Whatever time your appointment, you will be seen at least 2 hours later! Apparently, they think the patients' time are not important than their time! One of the dental employees took me and my children to recommend a space enclosure for my 4 year old daughter's front teeth gap! WTF! Such a horrible experience with Kool Smilies. Waited a month to get my daughter in for surgery and they didn’t even know what she was getting done or how much to charge until the day of. Cassia (the manager) very rude, disrespectful, and lacked the knowledge of this business. When asked for the number of the district manager, she refused to give it to me. Bad attitude, bad business. Save your money and go to a dentist that cares!
They are very unprofessional. Kool smiles gives out false information on patients. Services that are not given. Whenasked to speak to a manager about this issue, they avoided the issue.
RecommendedMy son had Awesome experience! He’s 18 months so this was his first time going. The staff are professional and patient and the environment is very clean! Would definitely recommend!
