The waiting time is horrible was their for almost 2 hrs..
This is the worst place to take your child to waited almost two hours to find out they skipped my kids!!! The lady said oh I'm sorry we will have to reschedule I think NOT I will take my kids somewhere else.
Took my 2 year old for a cleaning. Had an appointment at 10:30. Didn't get seen till 11:30. Then after getting her teeth cleaned we had to wait some more for a dentist to check her teeth. By this time she was tired and hungry. And having a melt down. Finally the dentist came and took a small peek in her mouth. And we were done at 12:30. Don't get me wrong the staff were very nice but seemed a bit disoriented. They need a new system
This place is so slow...they need to get more organized.i have been here for over an hour waiting with an appt ..this is crazy..i paid cash to have a filling done in march and by may it was out..i called and called they couldnt get me in..but in july they finally got me in but refused to fix it...
This place is horrible, set appt. and tell you it's cancelled when you get there after you kept your child out of school!!! Horrible would not recommend.
