Very nice environment and super friendly staff. Only have one bit of constructive criticism...after our visit, the next day my grandson said that the toothpaste hurt his mouth(burned). Maybe they should ask during the cleaning how it feels or if it hurts. He usually likes going but, because he had a bad experience, he doesn't want to go anymore. Of course he's still going to go but, maybe this will help in future exams/ cleanings. Still love ya Kool Smiles.
They made me feel comfortable !!! The people here are very welcoming .
