Every single time I come here I have issues with the front desk staff. The dentistry staff is amazing. Yesterday I drove 2 hours from Phoenix and I waited over an hour. We were never even taken back to get checked in. The lady at the front desk had originally said she didn’t even see us on the roster for today. I had a text message reminder of the appointment. Amazing!!!! My daughter has needed/wanted braces for years, she looked up Kool Smiles so we took a chance and the prices are amazing affordable and the staff is FANTABULOUS! They are amazing! They made us feel so welcomed! They cheered and made her feel like a million bucks!!!! You need any dental services? KOOL SMILES
