Everyone here was very nice and I enjoyed my trip to re dentist. Ms. Shantell was great! Definitely coming back.
I brought my nephew to Kool Smiles for the first time for a routine checkup. Everything thing was exceptional!! From the second we entered the office to moment we left. One person that stood out the most was Ms. JoyAna! She really has a special touch with kids! My nephew is 4 years old and as you can imagine any Doctors visit can be a struggle for a small child but she calmed him down and assured he would be okay. My children see the dentist and orthodontist here at this office. During one visit my son was being consulted by the surgery team. Natasha Parker, oral surgery, aided in keeping me calm so that I could focus on my nervous son. She never broke a sweat. Her calm demeanor really helped me to focus enough to comprehend what the plan was for my son. I’m very grateful for staff like her.
