Really bad experience with Kool Smiles both Brownsville and McAllen, but more the one in McAllen! they really suck! they are VERY RUDE, THEY HANG UP ON YOU, DISRESPECTFUL, and did a very bad job with my little nephew he went in very good all they had to do was remove a tooth and they gave us my nephew back with a swollen lip and they just keep hanging up when we call and they finally answer and they are very rude and hang up on us oh my Lord give me patience.. ����
They're very friendly and they remind me of the appointment at least twice and that to me is incredibly helpful, plus my munchkin loves their play room.
