I visited this place few weeks ago due to their relatively open schedule compared to my original dental provider's. The guest service is great at the front desk, but I had a dentist who was unprofessional and relatively poor at her job. This bald head man Mike Just illtreated my daughter imagine i brought my kids ere from 9am... Now its 11:30am my 10 yr old is hungry so i brought her next door to get a snack.... Remind u.. Its cold outside, now he's shouting at her and telling her to go outside n eat her snack, now as a mom i find that very unpleasant as a dental facility for kids... They give you an appointment for a specific time then call you in 1hr later from waiting in the waiting area after being called to be seated in the chair we waited much longer to be checked by the tech. I guess it's going to be longer to be seen by the dentist since they said theirs only one onsite ..so frustrating my kids appointment was for 2:30pm it's now 3:50 pm and it's only for a cleaning follow up.
