Giving 1 star because you have to give one to write a review: You guys, today my kid was denied treatment at Kool Smiles on Broadway because I couldn't PROVE i was his mother. I didn't have a copy of his birth certificate or any court papers. The fact that he was adopted came up randomly, so they said they couldn't treat him without it BY LAW.
