Took my kid here and they were very unprofessional. My kid was freaking out and tried running out because he was so scared. So they decide to strapped him down on the chair and told me I could not be in the room. So I grabbed my kid and left but told me I could not leave until they looked in my child’s mouth. So I threatened to call the police and they let us leave. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Took all my kids out of here. They told us all we needed work so they could make money including myself who supposedly needed a root canal or tooth extraction which is funny since i went elsewhere and got a filling no problem. Con artists and constantly call and hang up, had to block the freaking number
Unprofessional doesn’t begin to describe this place. From condescending dentists to poorly trained assistants this place is disgraceful and I’m embarrassed to have given them multiple chances. Contradicting dentist who informed us that the nitrous has would need 5 minutes to take effect and initiate an extraction on a six year old after 50seconds of it presumably to save time leaving her in pain and traumatized.
