Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, made my appointment almost to months ago, just to get there and find out my appointment has been canceled, no email, no call, no text or anything, I took off work and the only thing you can say is sorry!! And there’s still a waiting list!! 😡😡😡

My 3 year old son has been a patient at Kool-Smiles since last year. We have enjoyed every dental visit and they eased my nervousness. He has no complaints and actually enjoys going to the dentist. The front office staff is prompt, attentive, and professional. I appreciate his dentist and their assistants for making my child's experience enjoyable and painless experience. Thank you
